Season 26/27

Competition teams

Two programs, one audition: every dancer who auditions is evaluated for placement across both — then follows the schedule of the team they're placed on.

COMPANY

Novice – intermediate · ages 4+

For dancers new to competitive dance or with novice-to-intermediate experience — the perfect next step for recreational dancers ready to take their training further. Company teams attend 3–4 traditional competitions (KAR, Hall of Fame, Showbiz, Showstopper), one convention, and one nationals each season.

OCPRO logo

OCPRO

Advanced · ages 7+

Our advanced-level competition team, for dancers with experience competing at the highest level at dance conventions — typically including solos. OCPRO teams attend 3–4 conventions (Velocity, Hollywood Vibe, JUMP), 1–2 traditional competitions, and one nationals each season.

At auditions, every dancer is evaluated for placement across both OCPRO and Company groups, and follows the schedule of the team they’re placed on. Placement depends on there being an appropriate age and skill-level team for the dancer. Current OCPRO dancers re-audition each season; current Company dancers audition for OCPRO by invitation.
